Salary not on time and good talents are underutilized it's just 2-4 managers decide what shall be done for the project irrespective of the best best talents advise and customers comments you will always feel demotivated from every aspect

Salary is never on time no bonus no proper work culture no training mor over when you try leaving envision there is 90 days notice period with no proper final settlements and no proper HR management

Hr Behavior was too horrible she think the company CEO. They will not credit salary in time there will be a minimum of 4 months of salary pending, They will not credit epf amount also If we have any problem they will not help and if we ask salary more times they will terminate from the company.
