... bad HR, no gratuity, no PF even those who are above 5+ yrs in the organisation. No medical insurance, no incentives, bonus of 5000 only per yr.

I liked the most is the knowledge, which i gained there by my self, ya ofcourse with some help.Which will help you to grasp more opportunities in that particular field of biometrics security.

Dislikes

As starters salary is good but no matter how much effort you put in this job for the company all goes null and void due to dirty politics and lack of right management decisions. There is no work and life balance in field. They don't appraise the salary as they should keeping in mind the performance.

i am very happy to working with them from last 1 and 1/2 years. And the reason is work life is very balance, team very supportive and ready to help and share knowledge to new candidate.

it is nice environment for fresher , they providing homemade lunch. if you are doing good job then they will give hike as per your requirement.

you can develop your skills but cant go for future. end of the day you need to change job for better opportunity.

No Paid Maternity for women employees and No Medical insurance as well for maternity, they are asking us to resign if we want maternity leave. When asked why we are not been given paid maternity leave then their reason is we are Consulting and Contractor company not IT organisation. No proper yearly Hikes/Appraisal and not even a single conversation from Higher Management till my Manager. We need to follow up and ask for yearly Hikes. They just want us simply meet their targets and forget everything like a slave. One of the worst organization, i have worked with in my whole career experience. Female employees should simply avoid this Consulting and Contractor company
