My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing to like,.. Company farud with customers and employees also,,

They are not paid regular salary, all there is 4 month late salary, they are fooling to customers and employees also, they are opening PF accounts also,.. Not giving incentives, only promises but never completed,.. The past employee. Not paid not giving 1 year salary also,.. If u think to join here,, jobless is better option, rather than mental stress

One of the worst company, they are paid regular salary, always 4 month gap in salary, worst management, they are fooling customers & also employees, they just promises,, and not giving incentives & salary, past employee not giving 1 year salary also, if ur made for social service only then join this company. One the most issues noted.... They are not pay u as they promise
