Enquero was an excellent place to work before merging with Genpact. After the merger, job security became a concern. If you are not a billable resource, you are given a two-month period to secure a client assignment. If unsuccessful, your employment may be terminated.

In Enquero every second person is a Infoscian. The work culture is the best till date i have seen. The quality of people around is very good compared and all of them high performing individuals

Dislikes

Nothing in specific. I am bit skeptical about Genpact acquistion. Can enquero maintain the same culture post completion of merger?

Likes

Enquero as an independent organization 5 star rating company. Merging with Genpact has made this organisation reputation poor, specially same +/- one percent hike across organization and also becoming typical service based company.

After started merging with Genpact no proper grip on policies to Enquero management.

Good work environment and culture and management is very supportive.Enquero has fair apprisals and bonuses every year. During COVID-19 pandemic company engaged employees very well and manged work-life balance very well and organization initiatives were good.
