People don't respond to their ads

Dislikes

They call you for the interview. Don't bother to give you feedback. Waste your time and put the ad in range of 9 to 12 lac. When it doesn't work they put the ad in the range of 12 to 18 lac just to show that they have the paying capacity. When they don't get any response then they start showing their status so that people appear for interview. Low paying company and is not grown to give you career. Don't waste your time in interviews with this company.

Ceo of the company is not good...there is no job security... they fired employees bcz ceo have mood swings...they wasted my time .my internship is for 3 months and they fired me in 2 months without any reason.
