Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is hidden company policy are good

Mess service are good not for all side I have worked in jharsugara orissa smc power plant sachin safety officer is like a manager not going to any side for inspection he think himself as a manager but manager is a silly person he doesn't listen to worker their is lot of politics

Enmas o&m was established part of resurgent group of company during the year of 2005.It has become major player for operation and maintenace of various type of boiler, turbine and steel plant.operation and maintenance service is in india as well as abroad lik saudi, malaysia and africa country.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
