We as a job seekers want a secure job, where when we come to this company the job is not secured at all , they will ask you to discontinue your job immediately if they found any tiny mistake of yours. No management , no workability u may be terminated from job for any others mistake as well. They just don't wanna give you your point to tell them their side as well.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
