Management- Founders have issues among themselves and it comes out quite evidently, sometimes even in front of the employees. Product - Have no GTM, no clear blueprint of the plan ahead, not ready for the ever changing policies from RBI so as a Fintech firm its bound to fail

No increments, toxic CEO, he garbs random people and yells at them. Very tight deadlines and no clarity from product managers. Bad policies. Not employee centric.

The working culture was good. Everyone was supported and co operative. There was no culture like boss, sir. Everybody's treated same.

Due to some people we lost our card process due to which we had lost our job. If a company give me a chance again to work with so i'll definitely join and my few colleagues also.
