Attitude of Camp management is very bad towards Indians, No Proper planning for what to do and how to do that is for examples rooms have changed for more than 7 times in six months which is very difficult for us to pack and shift our materials .Inspection of rooms without informing us ,opening cupboards or drawers where we are keeping our personnel belongings, taking the materials from rooms without informing us and showing discrimination.

Enka Insaat ve Sanayi give poor flight. Work pressure is very high.

Most of the projects are challenging and global in true sense. Even for an experienced engineer, this would be a paradise for learning. Interview level is pretty tough to crack. Management is good.

Dislikes

People from outside, when on-boarded don't get much time to adapt or acclematise. People from other nationality might find it difficult to deal with language barrier.

This company(ENKA) try to lure the india markets during COVID times by offering remote work options@Delhi. Fake and unprofessional HR or they called recuritment engineer . Only used to collect candidate credentials. Multiple selection rounds even I have never seen before with fortune 500 companies. Technical interviewer from turkey Omer itself not well equipped with technical fundamentals. After you clear multiple rounds HR stop responding to your call. Technical interviewer ran away. Beware of such fraudsters which take advantage of COVID time. Don't waste your precious life while associated with such firms.

Fake HR and turkey electrical team lead not have adequate technical fundamentals.

What I dislike and regards to working with ENKA, was the level of an organization when it came to proper planning and usage of time and material. In addition to that Ive receive and witness a level of discrimination and prejudiceness towards people of color from staff and also my site HR manager.
