Joining EnH iSecure is my biggest mistake that did in my life till now. The only thing I would say which I liked you direct access to founder with respect to any discussion.

- less pay - weekend work - no career growth - no personal life - need to share everything of your life. - dividing based on cast, religion, color etc. - no respect for employees treated as labor.

Toxic work culture and 0 trust towards management.

Dislikes

The company is partial towards employees favoring select few. Compensation is negligent compared to the overtime employees are subjected to. Project manager do not value individuals effort and project a wrong picture about the individual to the management. One has to attend calls and work over the weekend and still the work effort goes unnoticed severely understaffed. Management manipulates the company policy to stronghold their stance sometimes without informing the individuals. The company policy states the work hours to be 9 am to 6 pm still the employees are gas-lighted when they leave for the day even after 9 pm everyday.

I’m getting hands-on experience with Java and cybersecurity concepts. The structured training plan is helping me improve my coding skills.The company provides a good learning environment, and the mentors are helpful. They guide us well, especially in Java and AWS.Since the company focuses on cybersecurity, I get to learn about one of the most in-demand fields while improving my Java skills.

Dislikes

At times, there’s a lot of self-learning involved, and managing multiple topics like Java, AWS, and cybersecurity can be a bit challenging. But, it is a good thing to self-learning.

I learnt a lot here ,basically I don’t know any programming or management before joining here But ENH gave me a hard intense training and made me best after 6 months of training I am very good and confident in my self on technological aspects, in short span I am involved with many tools and technologies and I am very good in them , Esesve sir and Sandilya sir are my trainers these two people gave me best training My thinking and knowledge perspective changed a lot after joining this organisation Prema mam organisation vice president she is very sweet takes good care of every employee We have good PM’s who makes developers very comfortable Amit and Hrithik

Great place to work, with regular amenities and spacious rooms. Interesting problems to work on under brilliant leadership. I feel like I am already making an impact within the first 6 months, and also growing my technical knowledge more than ever. The culture is ethically and professionally focused, which means getting to learn the high level of business and corporate etiquettes. Good life and work balance. Peers are polite and easily approachable. Strong mindset for learning and helping each other.
