Not good for contract employee

Dislikes

Less salary for engineer working on contract basis, very less increment, no allowance for contract employee, no HRA for contract employee, no mobile reimbursement for contract employee, no transportation facility, no medical facilities for contract employee etc

Likes

The only good thing with this organisation that it is public sector undertaking rest there is no future as the company is going through serious mess management and terrible internal politics.

Dislikes

I was joined in 2015 in contract basis send their salary structure and facilities deteriated drastically the company does not have any future for their employee except the permanent one.

...y good place to learn . Teammates are very punctual and cooperative to any work.it provides best salary for regular employees.Work environment is very good but sometimes​ it is not easier due to excess over time of work.

Dislikes

Work is easy but time is not fixed so work life balance is not good. There is no DA allowance for contract employee. There is no over time payment to employees. Conveyance for site office to site is not good (particularly in this site)

It's a Govt.of India undertaking organization. It works as a Project Management & execution consultant.

It deals with Only industrial or residential building projects..Salary hike is very less as it is a govt. Organization.

Likes

A good company or permanent employees. It has good career growth and job security. Companies work culture is old. New smart and Good Management required. There is absolutely no training and no skill development and no learning. You have to tackle all the job without deeply involving. Its a contractor company. The better the contractor the better the work progress.
