Worst management Worst policies Worst manager Once you join the company they will treat you like a you're the one until and unless probation is not over once probation complete then you will be in bond for three years and you will feel like you're trapped in jail , no value of your work, no satisfaction, no appreciation, no appraisal. Manager don't know how to treat employees also have no manner how to talk with them and how handle them. After giving tons of efforts they will feel you like u didn't do anything or you did nothing for company. Best advice don't fall for the trap
