Managers think employees are machines.Company provides poor salary for night shift employees and they want employees to work as machines.They don't mention about targets when we joins.Then they set target that we cannot achieve.There is no consideration for night shift employees.They want us to work without blinking eyes.

Nothing that's should be appraised of. Better package if you are switching from another company. If you are manager level employees it's gonna be a kings seat 😂, all other designation below that, it's the opposite

Promotion, hike is too far away unless you are a manager level employees.

Greedy management pays very less salary even for night shifts and expect to make huge profit by making us work as a dog. They don't give fair bonus , appraisal or promotion.There is no skill or career growth.They treat employees as dogs.

Salary not per qualification and experience they promote their relatives dont see experience not promotion at all only promote their relatives even they can change your trade They can fire you any time without any reason and they will charge you with any misconduct they will not provide you experience and payslip

No work life balance, management attitute towards employees very bad, very heavy work load and work pressure, 12-16 hrs of working time continuously without any break other than 10 mins for lunch time which we ourselves take for having lunch in between work. Always late night work will be there usually it goes around 9 to 11 pm, sometimes even upto 12 pm. All type of leaves are reduced including medical leave. There is no career growth even after sacrificing all these things in our daily life for the company. Even there is no appreciation too. Manager behaviour too bad
