many points to disclose. Their main source of income is by keeping money pending of vendors for months by not paying them. they even train employees to search for new vendors and then not pay them off for the service. rohit is my name. you can check google review as well.

Have good job security, working culture is good and friendly and have good company policies and bonus per year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is slow.

...growth prospects are limited as company itself is stagnaent at a specific point. Bad things are late salary upto 2 months late deposit of esi , pf deducted from the salary. Otherwise company is good for new learners .

No new scope of learning . Its like a family bussiness where family member are preffered over normal employee.

There is no job security.and work culture is not good.also management is very bad.there is too much politics at site.but one thing is good salery is on time.bt duty hours is not fixed.when u work hard then company didn't see ur hard working.

Don't have any increment.at site there is a lot of politics.when u work to be honesty then ur transfer will be done at other site.when u no work n ur behavior is not good then u r a good engineer.n so many problems. I couldn't explain.
