Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Their is nothing that you like here in this company no work life balance no increment no job security no vision

Dislikes

Poor Management have no vision. They layoff directly without prior intimation they do this on the day of appraisal

Work experience varies north to south from the project you get in. A typical service based company where your fate lies in the hands of your immediate superviser.Not a great place to work in, but also not too shabby.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Unclear vision Impulsive management Wfh experience wasn't too good ( other than saving rent )

Overall its very good experience working with Emtec. I would say I am lucky that I got an opportunity to work with Emtec. For fresher's its really a good company to start their career .
