There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address these issues. 90days notice period with half salary in notice period remaining will be settled after 45days after completing notice period. There is no single benefits for the employees.

The team coordination is really good, and I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot, even as a fresher. It’s been great to gain knowledge across different areas, and there’s no restriction when it comes to exploring new skills. Like any place, there are some negatives too—but that’s expected everywhere. Overall, it’s a good place to work. However, the management could be more supportive, and there’s a noticeable lack of fun or engaging activities.

Worst Company Culture and how they value the people working for them. No work life balance.. Be prepared to work on Saturday's and Sunday's. Top Management people work according to their daily mood. No KT, or any help from seniors. and they expect you to achieve unrealistic deadlines. Work Politics and Favouritism...Your Professional life is settled if you are in managements good book. Chances for Skill Development is there if you are allotted projects else NO. Job Security, Promotions is in hands of management. Hard Work is not recognized. Lots more... In Short Welcome to Hell.!
