What matters for them is just work, once their work is done...you are nothing for them. Doesn't matter, how much efforts you put to get your job done. Get ready to be called even on Sundays .

Worst Company Culture and how they value the people working for them. No work life balance.. Be prepared to work on Saturday's and Sunday's. Top Management people work according to their daily mood. No KT, or any help from seniors. and they expect you to achieve unrealistic deadlines. Work Politics and Favouritism...Your Professional life is settled if you are in managements good book. Chances for Skill Development is there if you are allotted projects else NO. Job Security, Promotions is in hands of management. Hard Work is not recognized. Lots more... In Short Welcome to Hell.!
