The good thing here is that : 1) The associates group is very jovial and helping 2) It gives you a launching platforms for similar roles in the future 3) You get access to a lot of information about stocks to pick.

... work culture, no work life balance 4) Poor appraisal. 5) Very poor work ethics 6) No parity in salary. Salary ranges from 6L to 26L for the same designation. 7) Cannot stay for more than 1-1.5 years.

quote the words of CEO to Analysts "Your job is to make the life of your associates hell". They get the work of 3 teams done by a single person. The culture is hostile and toxic. The CEO literally yells and shouts as if he's the king.

Promoters are great human being. Every level employee can reach anytime. But seniors are non cooperative Always behaves non cooperative even they not wish to growth their team members. Even they don't give rating to their team members.

Seniors are useless fellows always think their growth . But company owners are truly great human beings. Frankly expressed my views.

Dislikes

No Job security as it is a family owned company and hence an employee can be fired anytime. Work culture is really bad with no work life balance, poor management with HR hardly having any power. HR policies keep on changing without prior notice
