Work culture, less salary and demand of work is more, No proper structure of salary pay scale. Lot of paper work, dis organised mgt. no proper SOP, number of periods are more than the prescribed periods given by cbse. Teachers are being exploited, mgt treats teachers worse than a maid. In increment you literally get peanuts. Dictatorship rule is there you can’t ask for leaves.

CTC, NET pay, Gross pay and EPFO one must learn and well acquainted with the term else you will be disappointed with remuneration. 11. Entry time is fixed but you never know when r u going to leave and they daam care about it. SAVE YOURSELVES , DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP

The school is open to new trends in education and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of such an organization that's the best in PCMC. My colleagues and my immediate seniors are really helpful and understanding.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is moderate. Sometimes, I have to take calls and messages from parents post my working hours too.

Likes

The school comes up with new programmes every day. It gets hectic but teaches you skills like management and organization.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Class teachers are overburdened with work. Unless the management doesn't want to, they will not listen to your queries. Parents are supported, regardless of their fault. Teachers are scrutinized based on things like sitting and teaching, or doing their work in the free period.

Likes

It has helped me grow as a teacher and person. The freedom to teach as per my ideas is what I like best here.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but the distance between my home and school is far. Many times 2nd and 4 th saturdays are made working which hampers my weekend plans.
