Zero work life balance, You have to forget your family and friends and work like slave till 12hrs min. No proper time followed. If you leave early the owners get jealous and put you more work next time. 1st owner is okay and the second one is worst fellow don't know how to speak just shout at employees, indiscipline, dirty, short tempered. No PF, offer letter, no proper ethics they follow. Graduates like BE, MTECH genuinely this is not a place to work and learn. Put hard work and join a MNC atleast you will learn good standards with proper rules and regulations. The only employees are still exists in this company are under graduates who cannot do anything. This is not a pvt ltd company also. Just for name sake they have eloquent power system one more which doesn't exist. Low quality panels and the third class owner is the 2nd one.
