Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The main plus point of the Elmach is they will provide salary on time or some time they hold down if they are not satisfied on our work.

Dislikes

There is no any career growth for future & worst job security.The director Of the company Is Treating as Low Level cheaper labour and he offend every one. About salary Increment, it will depend on companies mood it will be varied like after 1 year or 2 years or may be not.the work environment of the Elmach is terrible.

Company take care of own growth but their staff n workers not growth very well because of salary increament holds one two years . And increament gave very low category not more than 1500/-.
