My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Poor management, only Mad CEO and finance have a lead on the business. Poor knowledged people are running the show by acquiring top management positions in the company. Such an unprofessional management.

Elior is an LLP established in 2016, the company is literally a one man running co the CEO, It had shown good Growth in three years with lot of new business adding to it. Free Food is what I like.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

1. Lot of attrition due to Work Culture. 2 No stabalised work process so people don't believe in settling the process 3. No concept of training to people because I believe some business modules are complex 4. No proper Delegation of duties to subordinates. So lot of superiority complex you have to keep asking them same things repeatedly.
