Elgi is growing company with good hopes and it's good for new joinee with 4 to 5 years of intial work life to learn new things and work freely. It gives more opportunity for a new aspirants.

The salary hikes are not upto the market standards .

MD's ideology is good. Besides that there are some very nice people at ElGi who are both friendly and supportive.

Probably need to give more compensation pertaining to the market. Work culture is improving...but need to improve more

Boss culture is not in Elgi . Boss are very supportive to drive and handle responsibilities

Car policy should be revised at manager level and salary structure at manager level should be distinguished with lower bands
