I have the opportunity to work with such an understanding team & company. Their appraisal of the current employees is quite good compared to most of the companies in the field. They provide an excellent working environment, culture & flexibility. So, employees can invest their best for the company's growth & expansion.

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers and no proper walkthrough of the projects in which experienced employee is going to work. I have to take back my suggestions most of the time, as the team & managers don't value them. The work pressure is quite high. Due to this, I have to work 10-12 hours a day. Also, there is a lack of appreciation.
