Hi I am Salman, I am working here last one and half year. It's my good period of life to work this company. My all seniors and colleagues are very helpful and convenient to me.environment good but not for growth.appraisal is not good.

The elegant public school is really a place were I am able to show my talents, which gave me an opportunity to be as the coordinator of Mypedia, that helped me a lot, gaining my team leading quality as well as leadership spirit,which helped me to gain confidence when speaking in front of high officials. Regarding the school culture about teachers, there is no difference between kg staff and high school staff all are equal, we all are equally treated.

Dislikes

Parents are given more preference than teachers, which makes a teacher to be quiet in front of parents,. Parents easily complains about the teacher without even knowing their child's fault. Teachers have to be treated with respect which is lacking here.
