...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Yes I like this job and company another work, behaviour,etc also good maneging staff also very helpful personality also everything are good

Mainly don't post increase and salary not grouting yearly,not allowed to opertunity work experience no food no room it's very dislike also

...o change my dept but they never understand my feelings and my techanical skills. Over all salary is not good, There are too many politics in current depart, Nothing learnt yet, Work environment not good, No Job Security, Rate OUT of 10 2

...and computer in every section. It's a big and integrated plant so job is secure. Also salary is coming time to time. I am doing work in hydraulic section of sms dept and that was my dream.so finally i am happy with my job.

The only liking about ESL is: it is near to my hometown.

...ill development for my carrer growth. Not having proper training for new joinee. And many more demotivating things came like for growth and salary and while working too. Also, many people especially seniors person resign from here which would lead all the work pressure to a single person.
