Challenges which included was navigating the fast-paced nature of the material handling industry, where tight deadlines and high expectations are common. This environment could sometimes lead to high pressure, especially when handling complex client requirements or managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Likes

Good Company for freshers and early joiners as lot of opportunity to learn practice on shop and organization skills. MD is visionary, flexible timings and Saturday, Sunday are weekly off.

Few department and people are favoured in decision making and management is unaware about practical problems faced by junio employees, Huge work load.

Lots of opportunities are there if you are willing to put in efforts and get out of your comfort zone.

Extreme work pressure and number are everything here. Efforts means nothing here. Only performance numbers on KPI counts.
