I had like the field related work like making reports, data entry & on site measurements. & which I don’t like others works like binding the report, photo copy and others works.

...were so many restrictions even we can take 1 leave them also they have problems. After a lot of suffering not even paid for 1 month salary not also big amnt even its not complete 9000₹

Salary is medium but ok for freshers.

The worst company ever. All the co workers will dump work on you and will also held you responsible for there mistakes. The boss will never acknowledge your good work. Stay away from here if you want to live peacefully.

.... It’s just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them. Surely, maybe they do not have the budget to pay me more, and that’s fine. But I honestly believe that with my experience I should be earning more than 50K annually.

...shers and apprentices ITI and diploma. Poor Management. Employees are not happy. Poor salary. No one can stays here long

Poor management, Long and lengthy process for any system work, Slow carrier growth, Work load is high, Not good for young, enthusiastic and talented candidate, Poor canteen facility, No job security, No transperency in management work.

Carrier progress, compensation, rewards and soo many things, delaying in the employees increment and holding personal money
