This company doesn't pay salary to their employees. They chuck out people without any information. This company have done their company PF account recently months ,prior to that they don"t have any PF account but they use to deduct it from salary.Its a fraud company. Job stability is 0. The work culture in Elagoon is tremendously pathetic.The Management team and the director and VP are cheater and fraud. Stay Away from this Company. I will never recommend anyone for jobs in Elagoon.

...part of the company since initial days. However my hard work wasnot appreciated. There are Salary delays but it's paid. Management not at all employee centric. Does not value loyal employees. I have worked so hard and even done over time for so most of the days. But never considered during appraisals. Even after being part of the HR team I could not do much for the employees since management didnot approve team outings or any kind of entertainment for employees. Growth in terms of salary and position very very limited. Salary not at par with other companies. No proper managers in the company. Hire and fire is the most common thing. No job security at all. Overall doesn't value employees at all. Company would have been good if the management changes. Overall bad experience.

Working at Elagoon is horrible. They have opened the company for personal fun.
