Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing in this company is there to be liked. I did the greatest mistake of my life getting in there. The management is the most biased and selfish one. They don't not give anything importance to the wellbeing of their employees. They take take their employees for granted all the time and misbehave and humiliates them. You are not even allowed to share any opinion from your end. I would recommend to stay away from this company it will destroy your career.

...ntre" which is also a big trap and also fake. They don't provide any placements. They don't even give you the salary you deserve for the position. Each and every employee is underpaid, furious, frustrated, demotivate and wants to leave the company. I wish the company shuts down really soon. Because management and the owner of this kind really deserves this. And for God's sake how long would you fool your employees??? They are also a human being and can understand everything single thing going on.
