Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). No work Life balance Very poor salary packages You don't know when you will be shifted from one process to another. No fixed designation as they keep fluctuating your role, responsibilities and designation. 9 working hours per day with one week off and that's really hectic

There was nothing to like, my time was miserable out there

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. I went to office on weekends and worked all nights. AVOID WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. There is a ton of favoritism for older folks, you do not get heard. And the salaries are so low. below market standards and they say that they are working on pay cuts to help the startup but that is just an excuse to pay you less.
