The thing I like about the company is that you learn to work under any circumstances

...bout the team accommodation and the staff looking after it is not cooperative. The pay is less with very long working hours and the benefits provided to the staff in comparison to the other competing brands are nothing.

There are lot of opportunities for freshers but at the same time management skills needs to be improve alot personally i got a good growth in less time but others who were probably better than the others still struggling for growth work ethics has to be there for everyone there should not be discrimination between favorites and general people

Dislikes

More understanding environment Should be open to hear the problems and find solutions instead of asking to adjust Right of equality for everyone junior or senior old or young smart or average everyone should be treated equally

Lot of things to learn and team was monitored closely in respect to their daily tasks, which is a good point to improve work environment.

Dislikes

The team members and team leaders are biased. Work load is too much and team leader expects to work after shift hours. Growth is limited because of biasness of the leaders. Uneven distribution of workload.
