...re like there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In production department management need only output either you have material or not, there is no breakdown counted in production sheet.

The company is open to innovation and establishing new project in India. I love the fact that I am a part of team that execute the new project of construction and various Govt. approvals.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength, that is why I have to take back my many good suggestion most of times. Management has not right approach for hardworking and honest employees and there is no job security for such employees.

Work life balance :- you force to do 12 hours work with out any appreciation. Poor management. Bad HR policies Any time any day you can fired

There is too Much work pressure so you can learn here , how can work a executive on manager profile and without manager support. There Manager will crate only complain and they will not give you any Idea, So than you can learn there too much by self effort

In the department of Quality no any control on the process and no documentation. All doing working only verbal communication and different different perception at every time.

No job security. You can't any development itself. Working culture worst.
