Only good thing is Salary and expenses comes on time

Dislikes

There is lot to tell- Senior Management need to change their work culture, there is no project planning happened, there is no work life balance, management is very rude, commitment are given by management instead of Developer. Everything is priority work only. There is no tax saving components, LTA, Telephone Reimbursement, DA has to introduce. Working hrs should be flexible, feels we are going to school to check in the first punch. There should employee centric attitude

As nobody cares about people is working on not as per the efficiency, You only required to work late to secure your Job!

Pathetic Management HR and VP as well. They only care about the on-time login and late logout or may be night out.

Good working environment and culture teammates are supportive and there is hugecadeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair

Very nice place to work with EFKON especially for women. Because they need to handle both family and work, EFKON is giving some privilage to women to balance the both. The entire team of EFKON is so supportive and they maintain very good relationship between employees. I have started my career in this company and I have learnt a lot both personally and professionally. I am very pleased to work with EFKON. I would like to thank everyone in the EFKON team.
