I am not Currently Working with this company as I have resigned in January but given my 6 Years for this Company . This is the Best Company any Employee should work for . Best Culture , Best Products , Best Policies ... Everything Just Superb . I am pretty Sure Edwards might have supported all the employees during this Lockdown without deducting their Salaries . Love you Edwards .

Nothing as such ... Some People try to Change the Culture and do groupism . Global Team need to keep the Close watch on it just to stop spoiling the Company at the Country level . For Eg - Few Business unit head trying to Bring all the Medtronic People in the Company as they are Ex Medtronic and Making their own teams and Sidelining Old employees of Edwards as some employee stand for the right and don't support or enter this groupism Politics . So faced Serious Problems

It is a sinking ship in India. It's better to go off from India as it is local Indian company in India. There is no MNC culture at all.

Dislikes

Organisation can take any decision on the spot. There is hardly 0.01% of job security. Anyone performing in the company ,would be in main target from management to harrass him/her.
