As per my experience, I have NOT a single good thing to remember about this org. Some bunch of Halfwits in the HR & Management team , who is confused what to do and don’t know how to do things in a professional way.

No Job Security Bulk Lay off Salary Delay Fake promises Ridiculous company policies Unqualified employee in Management Level (HR) I was surprised to understand that the HR Head has no basic idea or clue about Human Resource. Its like a 10 year experienced Driver doesn’t know what a Steering, Accelerator or a Break is. Like wise, the HOD has no idea on what that person is working on.
