No good thing about this company. As bad as this company is I'm glad that they have working coffee machine but they don't refill it with coffee powder.

...ecure job. you can be fired within a day and they won't even pay you the salary. They won't credit your salary on time. They lecture you if you can't sell their product after working hours, for at least 2 hours. They won't even credit your salary if you don't sell their fraud courses. moto of the company is to sell courses only no feedback is taken from the customers. just because CEO will pay he thinks its his right to own you. this is cheap version of scalar expect the placement guarantee. won't suggest anyone to join this organisation, instead upskill and look for better opportunities.

They trained in a way like Growth of company or growth of an individual is purely depends on employees, Every employee should build a skill and even master the skill is what their vision, I genuinely felt we have great scope of individual growth, if any person is telling bad about this company only reason i noticed was that person was not able to fulfil his/her responsibilities, not able give 100% efforts, such kind of persons keeps on complaining every company they go to.

CEO of this company always think out of the box and wants to grow this company with a uniqueness, sometimes those experiments may impact negatively, but those who want to improve their Innovative strategic thinking will definitely like this.
