I dont like anything they are honestly very cruel and rude they didn’t support. New employees they even didnt pay salary on time they take work make you leave without paying salary and use harss words and mentally harass their employees

I dislike everything of this company their hr team and qc time are entirely unprofessional and uneducated they don't know how to talk with female employees they harras them mentally they make u work straight without any rest and without any leave even they dont pay salry and make people or employees leave without paying salary …. Not recommended at alll

Nothing To Like , Dr Ishan will Hire someone who doesn't have knowledge of the process but he can't give a fouk to the employees who are working hard in the company since 3 years .

Many Things To Dislike If You Don't Follow HR & Manager Then You will have to pay something & that is to lose your job. 😁 Simple As That Nityanand is Bad ! be aware he will speak mitha mitha but uski bato me nahi aane ka.

...n someone provides the valid reason with documents still they will deduct money. Leave for one day salary deductions will be for two days.. 😂 I'm literally laughing at so called policy made by that company.

No official appointment letter/resignation letter given, no set protocols and sops,pathetic management from quality and online team, always ready to point doctor if not at fault also and will also try to prove it at any cost,severe mental harrassment,HR takes the decision not the boss of the company for an employee,treats doctors like machine,will not help and understand at any cost,high pay deduction every month despite of giving whole hearts and not even justified.if you raise your voice,personal grudges will be taken out,toxic online environment,no respect for doctors,will lie you so much that u have to believe that it is true, One big lie HR and quality will tell that they have so much of work load of 400 doctors that they don't have time to revert to employed doctors. When they require they will not even see doctors time and will butter u so much,and when we require they will show company sop which you know nothing about and deduct payment every month. Kindly beware working here,no one works for deduction that too unjustified deduction.Who ever is applying kindly think..I am sharing my 2 yr of experience
