There no proper working culture, no proper equipment. There no proper salary hike. They want employees to give all to work all the 7 day, they force employee to work double shifts with low salary. They are increasing administration salary but not thinking about the base employee. If the base not happy, how you think about company growth. Labour are getting better.

For Beginners, it is good to take experience.

Dislikes

Whole company is useless, they are treating people not employee but as labour. I have completed 4 year in increament they are increasing 500. Whole company and management is filling own pocket. They are recruiting 365 days non stop. If they provide to old experience person in place of hiring new but they have intention to make money and full their own stomach.
