Coffee machine. Rest everything is repulsive

Dislikes

Management’s lack of vision, lame HR policies that can change as per HR’s mood. No proper performance review system in place. PM’s are only post man, they cannot even approves LWP. Operation Director is too much into micro management and fickle mind blames others for his failure.
