Hello Guys, Just blindly ignore this organization. Don't Join , Don't waste you valuable time, Seriously they are playing with employee emotions

After 4 rounds of Interview, I resigned with my current company & they have suggested the DOJ is on 23rd Aug 23. I requested my management to release me as an immediate bases. Now the ECS Team Account manager Navambika is saying Currently On-Boarding is on HOLD. on 21st Aug Navambika called me & collected basic details for On-Boarding all of sudden Tuesday 22nd aug she didn't picked my calls & dropped a email that On-Boardng is HOLD. How Can they are say this with trusted employees. I Have trusted them & I left my JOB, Bcz of Navambika & Team now i am JOBLESS. Please guys don't trust & encourage this kind of people in further. Very Very bad management & Don't trust this kind of Organizations. I didn't recommend for ECS. They are not even responding calls too.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
