Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Salary & designation growth is too low as well management not care about lower employees for growth, new candidate stuck for 18 month bond . 12 hours and 24 hours duty for service Engineer as spend to employees only 300RS and 600RS respectively is very less as compared to Metro city region.

... meeting with resigned candidate to know tue reason. Such a pathetic hr he was..he gives 10% hike for engineers who were having 13k salary though they work in most profitable projects..So engineera who work directly dont get any benefits only the useless managers do get

There's no permanent job for workers it's like contract work and we did many strikes in ECIL company for very late salary and politics with management no quality on food in the ECIL canteen many times I got stomach pain after eating lunch in canteen nobody can change the system thank you for giving this opportunity to tell all this
