Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

The company is open innovation and construction field. I like the fact that am a part of a team work , doing work with seniors where i can learn more unique things. As a result , I got chance to go our sites on construction sites where we have large sites. It's completely construction company where I have got interested in my job according to my subject.colleagues in different background and learnt many things e work happily.

Dislikes

Some what draw back behalf of company , salary will be delay .. people in the cabins always focus on third person. Always they need running comments with out any work. Should learn work by seniors not with sirs.

...hing here. Working culture is not good, they do so much politics to harrash you. Salary will always late for morethan 5-6 months. You will terminate any time without any reason, only who buttering their superior will survive here. No EPF deposited in EPF office sine Mat 2016 but every month the amount will deducted. Overall very bad experience. Thank you
