...OXIC af. My trainer (she) was so f rude. I used to cry in the washroom everyday. They don't give you any salary it's completely commission based. In my span of a month I hardly earned 5k, although I gave my 300%. They won't allow you to make friendships with other BAs (this made me doubt about the company from day 1) If you are from a middle class family I REQUEST YOU NOT TO JOIN ECHOBOOOM. They will fake promise you and will end your career saying you will get promoted. ( You certainly will get promoted But again same work of roaming streets day and night to earn money)

I actually didn't like anything about the company , what they promises but reality is completely different , it's a field sales job nothing else .

... you everytime and make you convince somehow so that you come for an interview . They won't say it's a commission based job not a salary based , they say you will be working with Google that's completely a lie , they won't say it's a field sales job . So before appearing for an interview make sure you will be doing a commission based field sales job if that's good for you then you are good to go . Thank you .

Great Working Environment and good work culture with the emphasis on learning and developing Skillsets in sales and communication.

Dislikes

Other than learning and having fun everything else is terrible, commission based pay,no allowances,Pyramid structure and no remediation for your financial issues.
