Company / group overall is very excellent. Job is much much secure here. working culture is just good or just above average hare. Management is good for higher ranked employees. Company policies varies employee to employee even on same rank. work satisfaction laver is good. freedom to work.

Top management thinks about theirselves. there is lots of lots of politics in company's atmosphere. working environment is good. work-life balance is good. salary / appraisal varies for employee to employee and depends a lot on the kindness of senior. its is just average here. learning / training are just formalities. job is secure. but lots of things are just done here only because management has to so to government.
