Eaton brand is good in corporate level when it's comes to perticular Bangalore manufacturing Unit the management doest care about low graded employees and doest give good career and salary growth

...plant only management employees will get all benifits not low graded employees Each paisa will count for low level employees but for management employees unlimited salary package and benifits Eaton is good brand but these banglore plant management doest care of ethics Only SB grade employees will get good salary and benefits not low level employees Only pune people will get growth Even if you work more then 2 to 3 years u don't deserve any promotion and good increments These is for aerospace manufacturing industry people who is seeing this review from management said please give some importance to low graded employees

Company is very good . Every time helped me my supervisor.and mixing friendly . Travelling facilities well.no politics . working environment very well.working 8 hour no over duty .

In Eaton industrial system Pvt. Ltd. Ranjangaon pune is a truck components manufacturing company. There will be self Eaton ethycs and policy is excellent and also heigh precautions of 5S and safety purposes. Maintain the heigh quality supply to customer satisfaction.

Culture of Eaton is good also in COVID Eaton specially take care of each and every person no matter whether person on Eaton employee or contract pesrson or vendor Not allowing outside person without more urgency
