Too many bosses and no workers.

As its a production unit the senior staff should be on site before the workers r in so as to plan the production requirement, but its a sorry tale in their , most of the senior staff do come only after half the day is past & their after they keep bossing over the workers who are on time from 8am. At the end the production suffers, This point was brought to the notice of the CEO but of no avail as the owner of this company never come to the factory before 4pm. so end of the day quality and quantity is sacrificed. so for this reason I relived myself from the company.
