Nothing. Enjoyment once for a while. Provide gift hampers. They have parties. We have much flexibility of shift. We got permissions here and there. Only once they guide us what to do. Weekly status meeting is good. People engagement is good they play around, in anniversary arrangements are good. They do marketing and sales good. Company has decent reviews in market.

Dislikes

Everything. They won't teach any technology and won't give support. They won't guide any person. They take person out without any reason. There expectations are huge. Hr's and total management is worse. They can't able to bring project and they blame to technical people. Heavy work they give but time is very less to complete that work. Hr don't know basic think how to attach new of number to UAN number. She tell you that we will update but they won't do that. Manager won't come to office at all. If I do my work perfect there are few people who tells management in very negative way. They management blindly follow that and take certain action on agent, even though agent had zero mistake. They force to study three or two technologies at once and end up nil technology where they can do there best. We need to prove a lot in terms of mock and they do n number of mocks. Thay put sudden mocks not giving time to agents. Higher management and managers are very safe here. Rest all I suggest to grap new companies to be much more happy in life.

A place where you can explore your skills and personal interest and there is a chance for proving your innovations which company supports to bare that cost. Hikes and promotions and employee and employer relationship was great in and out of office. A word like A Home away from Home.
