Earlier the company was well but now all plants of the group say it is managed and directed like a lala company by new COO. The company does not give experience certificate to FTC employees like us

Hr policy is good but all siphon to someone else account Be/btech engineer with highly experienced are worstly treated example have to sit & lunch with labour's, no local expense bill is pass ,no lunch arrangement in overtime, don't have access to company system although email ID given ,low experienced are directly promoted to asst manager /manager from executive,corrupt top level to bottom & u oppose then above things start to leave the company ,boiler operator or helpers holds the same or higher position or power than engineer, no hr policy I'm sure this company can't do profitable business as minor problems can't be resolved without vendor with getting commission & if you know or try to resolve you will be bypass a gang of worst people are actively involved don't join the company if you are educated or self esteemed NO HR SYSTEM ,NO SAFETY SYSTEM safety head here always busy in PUBJEE only targets the person who are sincerely looking for the responsibility Saturday Sunday off this is the unique environment created in universe among power plant
