Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I get to learn new things because dusri team ka kaam bhi karna padhta hai...lol

...OT dislike. You get calls after leaving the office. And overtime is very common. Salary is very bad. The boss is very unprofessional. You are always overloaded with work. Saturdays are working and weekly meeting is hell.
